What to Expect

The glory of God is our focus; the Bible is our central theme.

  • Every element of our worship services is designed around the sermon’s Scripture text.
  • We use a mix of songs, new and old – songs are chosen to support the sermon text.
  • Prayer times are not just for transitions; they are for approaching the throne of God with confidence. We often use guided prayer prompts and will gather around those with specific needs as we intercede for others.
  • We typically observe the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month.
  • Preaching is expository (meaning our preachers strive to explain the Bible text and guide you in applying it to your life). We want you to actually learn from the Bible as you approach God’s Word, and not just leave with some good ideas from a man. Our lead pastor preaches from the English Standard Version, but our members enjoy a diversity of Bible versions.
  • We expect members to give financially to support our church’s ministry. They can do that online or by placing their offering in the offering box at the rear of the worship center.
  • Your attire is not as important as your presence. People wear everything from t-shirts and jeans to full suits. Just come!

We hope you leave the worship service thinking about our amazing Savior, and encouraged to live out what you have learned in His Word.
